I already paid for MatrixGold — why do I need coaching on top?
MatrixGold gives you tools. This program gives you workflows, speed, and confidence — built specifically for jewellery businesses. The software doesn't come with someone who watches your screen, diagnoses why your boolean keeps failing, or helps you quote the job profitably. Most participants have owned MatrixGold for 6–24 months before joining. They could have been producing commercially the whole time.
It's a group — will I still get personalised feedback?
Yes. Capping at 10 is the mechanism that makes this possible. Every call has room for your file to be reviewed. The intimate community means your coach sees your specific work between calls too. It's group delivery, not group anonymity.
How is this different from the official Gemvision training?
Gemvision teaches what each tool does. We teach you how to run a real job — from client brief to casting-ready file — at commercial speed. We also cover quoting, render presentation, and pricing custom work profitably. And critically: a coach watches your actual work and gives you specific feedback. No tools based course can do that.

How much time do I need each week?
Realistically, 3–5 hours. That includes your weekly group coaching call (45–60 min), time in the modules, and practising on real jobs. If a week gets away from you, nothing is lost — your coach adjusts. The program is designed to fit around a working jewellery business.
What if I'm a complete beginner with MatrixGold?
Beginners often get the best results — no bad habits to unlearn. The skills diagnostic in Week 1 establishes your starting point, and your roadmap is built from there. Some of our strongest results have been from jewellers who opened MatrixGold for the first time on Day 1.
What does it cost?
We share full pricing on a short onboarding call after your application. The average participant who was outsourcing CAD work recovers the investment inside 60–90 days.
