HOW DOES A MAgNetic tumbler work?
A magnetic tumbler provides an efficient and highly effective solution for finishing small, intricately detailed jewellery pieces that can be difficult to reach with conventional polishing equipment, including rings, chains, necklaces, pendants and earrings.
Using magnetic force, fine stainless steel pins move rapidly throughout the barrel, reaching not only exposed surfaces but also narrow gaps, grooves, recesses and complex details. This process helps smooth cast surfaces, remove fine burrs and sharp edges, and clean away oxidation and surface contaminants to achieve a more refined, consistent finish.
Operation is simple: place your jewellery pieces into the barrel, add the appropriate media and solution, and select your desired operating conditions. Multiple pieces can be processed simultaneously with minimal manual intervention, reducing hands-on finishing time and helping improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
